How the Game is Played

The Open Book Game of Business is designed to simulate a month in the life of a business. Each "owner" begins the month with a $25,000 line of credit. As they travel around the board, these "owners" encounter various real-world situations, some of which lead to income and others that are business expenses. The "owners" have to make wise decisions about managing their assets.

Each trip around the board is the equivalent of one week of the month. After the fourth trip "owners" close out their books, and the "owner" with the most cash at the end of the month wins the game.
