ABOUT TOBGOB, THE OPEN BOOK GAME OF BUSINESS

The Open Book Game of Business for HVAC Training Concept

\r\nUsing a colorful, laminated playing board, individuals or teams roll dice, move along the board, and make decisions based on 2 sets of cards. Score for the game is kept on a simple “balance sheet” that keeps track of cash, debt, sales and expenses. Risk, Cause & Effect, and decision-making are a part of every move around the board. It’s a fun, non-threatening way to educate on business basics that help every employee think like an owner.\r\n\r\nThe objective of TOBGOB® is to help staff members of an HVAC organization understand how their actions affect the financial success of the company. Based on the theory of Open Book Management, the game helps teams:\r\n
